“Unrealized Reality” is episode eleven of season four of Farscape.
Crichton is floating around in space waiting for a wormhole to open and Aeryn is struggling to learn English. When the wormhole does open, Crichton gets sucked into it. The wormhole then promptly closes.
According to Pilot, when Moya was sucked into a wormhole at the end of “Dog with Two Bones”, she was examined by something. Crichton comes to inside the wormhole and meets a strange being – the same one who examined Moya – who states that he is there to kill him. Crichton then starts seeing scenes from his past – and potential, or unrealized, realities from his future.
The being claims to be related to the Ancients who gave Crichton the wormhole knowledge in “A Human Reaction”. The being is uncertain as to whether Crichton can actually be trusted with the knowledge.
Crichton’s attempt to get back to Moya may cause the unrealised realities to become real. The story doesn’t conclude in this episode, but continues in the next, “Kansas”.
