“Dog with Two Bones” is episode twenty-two of season three of Farscape and the season finale.
After the events of the previous episode “Into the Lion’s Den Part 2: Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing” and the destruction of Scorpius’s command carrier by Crais and Talyn, with a suicidal starburst from the latter, the crew are all planning to split up and go their separate ways, after ‘burying’ what is left of Talyn in the leviathan burial grounds. Moya is hit by another leviathan before they can do it. The other leviathan objects to the idea of burying a part Peacekeeper leviathan in the sacred grounds. The leviathan is insane, but Moya won’t back down.
Crichton is having fantasies of marrying Aeryn back on Earth, and there’s a weird old woman on board.
A cliffhanger ending to the season with the story continuing in season four with “Crichton Kicks”.
