“What Will Be Was Not” is episode nine of season five of Andromeda.
After an argument over Rhade’s bar bill turns into a brawl, in the aftermath Trance hears Rhade say something that she takes to mean everyone is blaming her for being stuck in the Seefra system. She runs away into the tunnels under the planet.
Dylan and Doyle go hunting for her. Trance has already met a man who sweeps the tunnels clean who, despite seeming in general nice, does seem to hold the promise of turning unbalanced.
Along the way, some advanced Vedran technology is discovered, and there are more mentions of the Paradigm.
