“Girl, Interrupted” is episode three of season one of The Tomorrow People.
Stephen as previously seen is now working for Ultra, and is tasked by the others to plant something on Ultra’s computer system. We see some clips from five years prior to current events, as Cara comes into her powers, providing some background information on her. At that time she was deaf – it seems that once her powers emerged that she became able to hear.
Stephen also accidentally overhears with his telepathic powers that one of his classmates is seemingly going to kill herself. Neither the Tomorrow People nor Ultra seem that bothered by this. Stephen himself is rather more concerned. He thinks they should care.
