The 100 – Ye Who Enter Here

“Ye Who Enter Here” is episode three of season three of The 100.

In the previous episode, “Wanheda: Part 2”, Clarke had been taken by the Ice Nation bounty hunter to the Commander, Lexa, and not to the Ice Nation. The Commander is at the Grounder capital in a tall cylindrical building that may well be easily recognisable (but wasn’t to me; Americans may have better luck). Lexa had promised to lift the bounty hunter’s banishment, but didn’t. He’s also the son of the Ice Queen, and the prince of Ice Nation.

What Lexa wants is for Clarke to kneel before her and for Skicru to join the Coalition as the thirteenth tribe. This is not that popular an idea, with anyone. Clarke still hasn’t forgiven the Commander for betraying them in “Blood Must Have Blood: Part 1”, and Roan, the Ice Nation prince, suggests that she kill Lexa to benefit them both. Abby and Kane are heading to the Grounder capital for treaty negotiations; Kane’s personality has changed enormously since the early episodes.

Abby plans to turn Mount Weather into a medical facility, but the station crew found in the previous episode have moved in as well. They had suffered constant attacks from Grounders – the Ice Nation – and consequently have no liking for any Grounder. They’d probably kill them all, if they could.

A member of Ice Nation who was imprisoned in Mount Weather with Bellamy arrives at the mountain bearing the news that the treaty negotiations are a trap, and an Ice Nation assassin plans to strike there at sundown. Bellamy heads to the capital with her and some others (he believes she can be trusted), whilst back at the mountain Raven and Sinclair try to get the facility’s missiles online.

Nothing from Murphy and Jaha in this episode.
