“Lifeboat” is episode six of season seven of Stargate SG-1.
SG-1 comes across a crashed starship with people in it in pods in a cryogenic sleep. Whilst checking to see how many survivors there are, some sort of energy strikes them all, knocking them unconscious. Teal’c wakes up, then Daniel, but the latter doesn’t remember anyone or the SGC. In fact, he doesn’t even believe he is Daniel. Nor does he seem like it. He claims that he is a passenger from the ship, and it seems like he may be several different passengers – possibly hundreds. When Sam and O’Neill come round, they seem normal.
No-one seems to know how the transference occurred, not even those subjected to it. Supposedly, it should never have happened.
Daniel has to act out many different personalities in this episode.
