“Search and Rescue” is the first episode of the fifth and final season of Stargate: Atlantis.
In “The Kindred: Part 2”, Teyla had been kidnapped by Michael, who wanted her baby in order to improve his hybrids.
At the end of the season four finale, “The Last Man”, Colonel Sheppard and the team had gone to where Michael was apparently holding Teyla when the building they were in was destroyed in not the most realistic looking explosion ever, trapping them in the rubble with Michael’s cruiser inbound.
There’s a funny scene where Rodney has to deliver Teyla’s baby, something he is not that well equipped for.
On the downside, Colonel Carter is replaced in command of Atlantis by Richard Woolsey (who had been an occasional nuisance and sometimes helpful in Stargate SG-1), which was one of the factors leading up to the bad future McKay told Sheppard about in “The Last Man”.
