“Missing” is episode seven of season four of Stargate: Atlantis.
Dr. Keller (Jewel Staite) and Teyla make a trip to the new Athosian homeworld so that Keller can give them a medical check-up.
When they arrive at the Athosian settlement, however, it is deserted. Teyla spots members of a notorious warrior tribe, the Bola Kai, who are cannibals.
They come across a wounded Genii who tells them that the Bola Kai are also Wraith worshippers who betrayed the Athosians to the Wraith, resulting in the entire settlement being culled.
The distinctive Danny Trejo (star of many a film) appears in this episode and plays Omal, the leader of the Bola Kai.
