“Sanctuary: Part 2” is episode seven of season one of Falling Skies.
In the previous episode, “Sanctuary: Part 1”, Clayton, the former commander of the 7th Massachusetts before it was destroyed, had escorted the 2nd’s children to a sanctuary so that they would be safe from an oncoming Skitter and Mech attack. Clayton was lying though and was collaborating with the Skitters, trading children to the to be harnessed in exchange for their safety.
Mike’s son, Rick, the first rescued child who had his harness removed, is acting increasingly strange and doesn’t seem all that happy about being rescued.
Pope had been captured by Clayton, but had escaped and, despite him being a less than perfect person to say the least, still has his good points.
