“Alienated” is episode four of season one of Eureka.
Carter’s deputy, Jo, goes out to answer noise complaints regarding Spencer’s film night – Spencer having a fairly impressive speaker setup. She ends up staying to watch the rest of the alien invasion film with the three. After everyone has left, Spencer goes out of his caravan when something brightly lit passes overhead.
The next day, Spencer fails to turn up for work. After some searching, he is found naked in a crop circle in a field.
There’s a US congressman coming to approve the facility’s budget, and Allison doesn’t want anything weird to happen. Unfortunately, it does. Not only Spencer is acting oddly – the other four people who were at the film night, which includes Jo, also are.
Alien influence looks possible. Carter prefers a more mundane explanation, and disagrees.
