“All Great Neptune’s Ocean” is episode ten of season one of Andromeda.
The Andromeda Ascendant is visiting another world to get them to join the new Systems Commonwealth. Things seem to be going better than they did in “A Rose in the Ashes”, when Tyr insults the president of the republic, accusing him of murdering thousands of Nietscheans. This makes things go a little worse.
Dylan convinces Tyr to apologise, but whilst he and the president are alone, Tyr apparently kills him, injuring himself in the process. The murdered president’s people want justice – i.e., Tyr’s head on a platter. Tyr’s argument that he is innocent boils down to that he wouldn’t have been so careless as to get caught assassinating someone. Whilst true, that’s not really a great argument to make.
Then it seems that Rommie is the murderer.
