“Full Circle” is episode twenty two of season six of Stargate SG-1 and the season finale.
This episode sees O’Neill and SG-1 travel back to Abydos, where it all began in Stargate, the original film. The people on Abydos are expecting an attack by Anubis, who wants the Eye of Ra, one of six eyes and the last that Anubis needs, when the Ascended Daniel says that they will have help. Daniel returns to the SGC to tell O’Neill that the Abydonians need help. Anubis needs the last Eye of Ra.
Jack tells the others that Daniel told him they needed to go to Abydos, and doesn’t meet with the disbelief he expected.
More is learned about the Ancients, and about Anubis. Admittedly, it’s something I already knew, because I’ve definitely seen this episode before, and I’ve watched all of Atlantis and SGU, but I guess it hadn’t been fully explained before.
