“Episode #1.5” is episode five of season one of Humans.
In the previous episode, “#1.4”, it was revealed that Leo was the son of the creator of the Synths – and that he was supposed to be dead. Neither of these facts was that surprising; various comments suggested who his father was, and the fact that he is at least partly Synth revealed that there had been some sort of problem in the past.
Rather more surprising was that Karen, the Detective Inspector in charge of the police department that deals with Synths, was also one. Up until now, it had been supposed that only those Synths in Leo’s group were true AI.
Anita is apparently fourteen years old, which makes her old for a Synth, and Mattie arranges to meet with Leo again. Niska is hiding after attacking a bunch of humans, and Leo arranges for her to stay with George.
