“Taking the Stone” is episode three of season two of Farscape.
Chiana is rather upset, as she has just heard that her brother is dead. When Crichton is too busy to talk to her, she steals Aeryn’s Prowler and takes it to a nearby planet – a cemetery planet.
Aeryn, Crichton and Rygel take one of Moya’s transport pods down to the planet to follow her. There are some rather odd people there, and Chiana seems to quite like them. Although they all seem quite young, and there seems to be something wrong. Rygel indulges in a bit of grave robbing – which has some bad effects.
It’s odd how there seem to be effects that could be considered magical, as well as the science fiction. Perhaps the series has an element of science fantasy rather than simple science fiction or space opera.
