“…Different Destination”s is episode five of season three of Farscape.
The crew are visiting a Peacekeeper memorial where 30 Peacekeepers died defending a monastery. Wearing some goggles allows the viewer to look back 500 cycles (years?) into the past, to see the events that led to the establishment of the memorial. The crew are also coming to terms with Zhaan’s death in the previous episode, “Self Inflicted Wounds, Part 2: Wait for the Wheel” (Virginia Hey, the actress who played Zhaan, apparently had to leave due to health problems caused by her make-up; looks like it wasn’t tested out first).
When Stark looks through the goggles something happens that sends them all back into the past, when the attack on the monastery was taking place. Which means that if they change anything in the past, they could alter their future. Unfortunately, it seems that they have altered something already without knowing, as Pilot has noticed some changes in their present.
