“Liftoff” is episode eleven of season four of Eureka.
This episode starts with the preparations for a wedding, only the bride has got cold feet. It looks like it might be a wedding between Carter and Allison. It’s actually one between S.A.R.A.H., Carter’s house’s AI, and Deputy Andy, the robot officer.
Zane is pressing Fargo to tell him about what his relationship with Jo was, as he’s figured out that there is something he doesn’t know. Especially after Jo made a speech to what she thought was a hallucinatory Zane but was actually the real one in “The Ex-Files”.
Partly as a result of this, Fargo and Zane are accidentally launched on a Mercury-era rocket that Fargo and Henry had been working on as an unmanned test bed for an faster than light drive based on the Einstein-Grant bridge. Which leaves them stuck in space in a capsule not intended to be manned.
