“Before I Forget” is episode three of season one of Eureka.
Jack, Jo and Henry go into the cafe to confront someone. Then, everyone seems to miss a bit of time, and Jack has shot Henry. No-one can remember how this happened. Although it’s not considered to be good, and certainly doesn’t make Carter look brilliant. The episode then goes back 24 hours.
The man that the three were confronting is first introduced to Jack by Henry as one of his best friends. During the episode, people keep losing chunks of time, and forgetting the events that led up to it. Eventually, they manage to work out that Henry’s friend is connected, but the confrontation doesn’t go well, because they can’t even remember what they were doing.
Trying to work out what was going on when you keep forgetting things is not easy.
