“The Others” is episode fourteen of season four of Andromeda.
The Andromeda Ascendant stumbles across two ships from a planet which no-one has heard from in centuries. The ships, both crewed by one person, have exhausted all their weapons trying to destroy each other. The occupants – a man and a woman (and Beka points out that all the women they stumble across like this are attractive) – represent two sides in a millennia long civil war. The man has a disease he claims the woman caused, and Dylan ends up infected.
The Andromeda goes to the planet to try and get a cure for the disease, and to see if they can sort out the problem.
