“Wanheda: Part 2” is episode two of season three of The 100.
At the end of the previous episode, “Wanheda: Part 1”, Clarke had been captured by one of the bounty hunters looking for her. The bounty hunter appears to be from Ice Nation, but not of them, given how he reacts when some others are encountered.
Kane and Bellamy’s rover had been blocked on the road by fallen trees. However, when they are forced to leave it, their attackers are not what they expected. They aren’t Grounders, but the survivors of one of the other stations – including Monty’s mother. The survivors of the station have lots a lot of people to Grounder attacks – Ice Nation again it seems – since they crash landed, and they don’t trust any Grounders now, which doesn’t bode well for the peace. Kane gives the survivors directions to Camp Arkadia, but he and others set off after Clarke, and see a war part of, once again, Ice Nation.
Back at Camp Arkadia, Lincoln’s friend Nyko arrives. He’s been badly injured by Ice Nation, and the only way of saving his life will be to go to Mount Weather, which takes Jasper back to where Mya died. Sky Crew’s trips to the mountain for supply runs have already put the truce at risk, but Abby considers opening it up as a medical facility.
Jaha has left the island with the stated intention of bringing his people back to the City of Light. The city looks very high-tech – and not quite real, suggesting that it is some sort of virtual reality. What the long term goals of Alie, the AI who started the war, are is not yet clear.
