“Blood Must Have Blood: Part 2” is episode sixteen of season two of The 100 and the season finale.
At the end of the previous episode, “Blood Must Have Blood: Part 1”, Lexa, the Grounder’s Commander, did something that seems very short sighted, all in the name of protecting her people.
She made an agreement with the inhabitants of Mount Weather. In return for the release of her people, the Grounders would call off the attack. The people of the Ark would not be set free.
This is possibly short sighted, as it meant she left a viable enemy threat and betrayed an ally in the process. It also means that Mount Weather has successfully divided its enemies, and removed those with the greatest numbers. It hasn’t done wonders for Clarke’s relationship with Lexa either.
Clarke and Octavia are trying to get inside the facility, as their people are being harvested for bone marrow and killed in the process. Several others from the Ark, including Clarke’s mother and Kane, are also captured.
The result is pretty messy.
Jaha is getting close to the City of Light. In the process he’s changed into something not very nice. There’s also a new thread introduced for the next series.
