The new tape, number two, is damaged, but Walter on it says he hid the plans like he would his most prized possession. Walter knows where this is; a subway station where he used to hide his comics. There’s an Observer checkpoint staffed by Observers and Loyalists and they need to get past them. Walter wants a rolling cabinet in the amber retrieving. Because underneath it is a hatch in the floor and a staircase leading down. Walter’s cold storage of all the Fringe events they encountered. He thinks it’s time to create some Fringe cases. Astrid had no idea it was there.
An Observer is interviewing the suspect Loyalist as Broyles watches on camera. He got the weather wrong on his supposed graduation day. The Observer says his papers were forged and gets what information he can, and finds out there’s someone called the Dove. No-one knows who it is.
Broyles checks his gun before the Observer arrives. He says that they’ve heard of the Dove before. The Observer says the fugitives are in a lab in what Broyles would have called Harvard University. He knows Broyles had a relationship with eh fugitives; Windmark told him. Windmark was going to ask Broyles about it. He didn’t.
